Treat Your Man!

Father's Day is June 19! Get your man an essential oil that makes him FEEL like a man! Idaho Blue Spruce is my husband's favorite essential oil! Simply use a couple drops, topically, as a cologne or aftershave. Idaho Blue Spruce is an exclusive oil that is grown, harvested, and distilled at Young Living’s St. Maries farm in Idaho. This remarkable essential oil contains high percentages of alpha-pinene and limonene (making it super-therapeutic) and has a pleasing and relaxing evergreen aroma. Applied topically, Blue Spruce has been known to relieve tensed muscles, while the woodsy aroma of this oil is invigorating to the senses, brings peace to the mind, and relaxes the body.

Another fun reason +OILS recommends Idaho Blue Spruce as a great gift for the man in your life is because it will make your man feel like a man! Testosterone is the principal male sex hormone. Continued testosterone production throughout adult life proves to be an important contributor to overall health among men. Supporting "manly" testosterone levels with Idaho Blue Spruce Essential Oil is important to KEEP YOUR MAN FEELING LIKE A MAN!

It may surprise you to know that women also produce testosterone. Yes, it's true! So if you haven't been feeling THE DRIVE lately, smell a little Idaho Blue Spruce straight from the bottle!

For those of you who enjoy preparing DIY gifts, here is a simple, inexpensive recipe (below). Although, using the essential oils neat (undiluted) as a cologne is also perfect!

A pre-shave oil achieves a closer shave by softening hairs and reduces razor friction.

Things you'll need: Measuring cup

Serum bottle Ingredients: 3 fl. oz carrier oil (such as olive, jojoba, fractionated coconut oil, etc.) 1 fl. oz castor oil (this adds slickness) 8-10 drops Idaho Blue Spruce from youngliving.com Using a funnel, pour all ingredients into the serum bottle. Cap & shake to mix. That's it!
