There is an alternative to using SS number for starter kits!

 

Occasionally we run across a person who would love to get a starter kit and become a wholesale member with Young Living but for one reason or another they are not comfortable using their Social Security number.

 

If this happens it is not our place to question their reasons or to argue with them about why they should not be concerned. Instead simply offer them an alternative means of obtaining their kit!

 

It is a simple process to go through and it does not cost them anything.

 

1. Send them to the IRS to obtain an EIN number here: https://sa.www4.irs.gov/modiein/individual/index.jsp

2. Select - Sole Proprietor

3. Next Screen again select - Sole Proprietor

4. Next Screen reason is  - Started a New Business

Taxes will be filed if they earn over the amount of $590 annually. Although, it is important to talk to your accountant if you earn a paycheck from Young Living regardless of how much you earn.

 

Hopefully you don't need to do this often but it is nice to have an alternative way to help others get these fabulous helpful products!
