OVERCOMING OBJECTIONS

Most of the time you will find prospects have objections.  An objection is what is holding them back from enrolling with Young Living right then and there.  It is our job as professional network marketers to effectively communicate.  Much of their response is determined by how we respond.  Objections are a good thing.  Objections creater banter between me and my prospect.

When you are faced with an objection, do not take it personally and do not get defensive.  The best thing you can do is validate them with the FEEL FELT FOUND method.  I might say...

"Oh, I understand how you feel, I [or a friend you know who can relate] felt them same way.  But what I found is..."

There is an alternative to giving your Social Security Number when you create a wholesale account and you can read about that here.

When I (Jenn Forino) was at the 2015 International Grand Convention, I had the opportunity to speak to Dale Billeter, who is Young Living's Director of International Business Intelligence.  I want to share with you what he specifically told me about social security numbers, since this can be an objection for some people.

First, he explained that Young Living only requires that number because it is required for a wholesale account by the IRS.  He mentioned if any company allows you to open a wholesale account without providing your SS#, then they are not being upfront and honest. Additionally, there are three layers of protection around the SS#s.  He said this is the same protection Amazon uses to secure your information.  Finally, he said that customer service reps only have access to the last 5-digits so that you can confirm those digits to access your account (if you don't know your PIN).  There are a few upper management staff members who would be able to access the numbers.  Although, all their computer activity is recorded and any suspicious activity would be quickly reported.
