Is Young Living worth pursuing as a business opportunity?

 

1.  No Orders

As a Young Living distributor, you do not take or deliver orders.  This is not sales or direct selling.  Network marketers get paid on a referral system.  So you don't need to track order, no party deliveries, no returns to manage.  When you refer your friends and family to Young Living, they become members with their own account.  Nevertheless, you want to support their wellness journey!

 

2.  Products that invest in someone's wellness

Sharing Young Living products is more than just sharing bottles that smell good.  We are in the business of rocking someone's world!  Investing in these products are justifiable.  And Young Living offers a variety of products that people already have factored into their monthly budgets: Toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, children's bath products, vitamins.  So what is so special about Young Living?  Gary Young, founder of Young Living, does not make products for a profit - he makes them for a purpose!

Apart from the one-time starter kit (which ranges from $45 to $260), there are no other kits to purchase.  To maintain your distributorship, just make sure to place a 50PV annual order.  There are no monthly commitments.  To earn a full paycheck, during the current month that you want to earn commissions, make sure your PV order is at least 100.

There are different requirements for different countries to become a wholesale member. For example, in Ecuador, they do not need to purchase a starter kit. They will need a SSN or equivalent, date of birth, and to sign a Distributor Agreement.

 

Also, the product line is different in each country. For instance, to look up what is available in Ecuador, go to youngliving.com and click on Ecuador English/Spanish, there will be a list of products available for purchase in that country.
