Here is a list of the most common enemies of healthy brain and neurological function. Avoid these whenever possible:


BRAIN DETERIORATING FOODS - GMO’s, sugar, highly processed foods, gluten, trans fats, low-fat diets, rancid fats, fake foods (meat substitutes including soy protein), sugar substitutes (chemicals such as aspartame, sucralose, saccharin are neurotoxic), alcohol.
HEAVY METALS: Mercury, Aluminum - Found in amalgam dental fillings (mercury) - Vaccine adjuvants (thimerosol and aluminum hydroxide)
CHEMICALS in water, air, food, personal care and cleaning products - Fluoride - Drug (recreational and pharmaceutical) - Pesticides - Petrochemicals in personal care and cleaning products cause a lessening in cellular communication, neuron firing in the brain and neurological system.
STRESS
POOR LIFE CHOICES: - Poor sleep leads to brain shrinkage and damage, escalating the onset of Alzheimer’s and dementia. Glymphatic system in the brain is only able to remove toxic waste between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am (make sure you are asleep during this time so the gymphatic system can work properly!). Drink enough pure water! - Exercise and rest.
EMFs AND ELECTROMAGNETIC STRESS - Short circuits our electrical system, causing exhaustion and sleep issues.
ARTIFICIAL LIGHT - Disturbs natural bio-rhythms, sleep patterns and endocrine system of ALL species. Tip: Remove TV, computers, iPad, lights in bedroom.
